OUR LOCATION

The Parkside House 462 Woodward Ave, Buffalo, NY 14214

The Parkside House stands only two blocks north of the home that Frank Lloyd Wright loving called “The Opus,” and considered the finest and most complete example of his Prairie style: The Darwin D. Martin House. One block to the west stands another home built by Wright, the Walter V. Davidson home, commissioned for a friend and co-worker of Darwin Martin.

Only 7 minutes from downtown, and 10 minutes from the airport and no less than 8 college campuses; The Parkside House’s central location makes it a very practical spot as well. “I consider my home one of the most beautiful in Parkside,” says Chris. “And I continue to work on it every day.”
